The food here was plentiful and really good. We had a great time enjoying it. We were able to check in early, and the staff was super helpful with everything we asked for. 👍

The room was brand-new and functional with a very comfortable queen-size bed, had a good night's sleep. Location: the hotel was next to restaurants and things to do, and Denver lots of drug traffic rooms. The staff was respectful and dedicated and provided good service👌

Quiet location, close to Comedy Works South - perfect for a night out with friends! Plus, we were just 600 ft away from the lake 🌊. The food here was amazing with plenty of options to choose from.

I have to wait 30 minutes before the check in office opened!!!

The central location of this budget hotel was a bonus. The room I got was cheap and quiet with a nice view. The room had a 37-inch LCD TV.

We asked multiple times for basic items and never received them. The front office staff were very rude. If there would have been another hotel available we would have moved my daughter had to sleep on the floor because they could not give us a room that they booked with us no linen our bed had no top sheet. We had to get our room key reprogrammed everyday. The manager was very aware of issues and continued to treat people poorly.

Conveniently close to the Denver Tech Center area, so you won't have to travel very far to get there. 👌

Staff were very helpful; very close to metro rail stop which allowed us to get to convention center easily

Rooms were dirty, carpets stained; odd smell to sheets. Microwave worked but difficult to use due to broken plate that you put food on. During checkin, only one person (tried very hard) but it took an hour to check in. Overcharged by 20 bucks a night: clerk didn't know how to fix and it would take another hour or so in line to wait for help. Didn't fix it.

The room comes equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a large bed.

Staff members were overall polite and helpful. Got the feeling that they kinda get run through the mill with odd things and customers at this location. Never had an issue with courtesy. The staff all deserve a raise for dealing with One staff member wasn't 100% accurate with information he told us - they have a very small breakfast (muffins, tea, coffee, fruit) offering that ends at 9:30 a.m. We were initially told it ended at 10 a.m. Got there a bit after 9:30 and it was all put away. Staff member up front was quick to correct the misinformation and get us a bite for breakfast, which we appreciated. Bonus, for the little issue with our original room, we did get bumped up from a Queen to a King bed. Staff did they best they could do with what they had been given. **NOTE: Some folks commented that the amenities were 'non-existent'. They are available, but you have to ask. The room we were in had no dishes or cooking tools in the kitchen, but you could go up front and get some from the check-in desk. Day shift had more folks on staff, so I recommend asking for things during the morning. Soap/Shampoo were hiding, but you could ask for some if you didn't receive any initially.

They couldn't really help it, but this location is right next to some heavy construction. It was difficult to get in an out of the property during weekdays as a result of construction equipment (ie. cranes, bulldozers, worker vehicles, etc.) blocking part of the road. They were all pretty nice about it though, just an FYI as it didn't look like it'd be completed anytime soon. Had to switch rooms as the first room did not have a shower head in the bathroom. Just bare 6 inch pipe with thread tape sticking out of the wall. The second room they put us in was missing a drawer in the kitchen cabinetry. I got the impression that things go missing a lot from the staff's expressions. The room wasn't the cleanest, but there were no bedbugs and it was worth what we paid. I highly recommend double checking everything in the room before settling in though. If someone from the corporate/head office reads this, please please please invest a bit of money into this location!

Great breakfast options available. Very cozy spot located conveniently close to some fantastic dining spots, as well as a light rail and tram station. Also appreciated the option for early check-in! 🍳

The staff was very friendly, and made sure there would be a room for us for the night. The room was clean, tons of space, quiet, and relaxing. I will definitely be staying again

The toilet didn't work but it was one night. Also That there wasn't any shampoo,or enough towels.

Nice building and rooms with comfy beds 🛏️. Good selection of delicious food. They let you check in early or check out late, and the staff is really helpful.

The bed was good and the amenities in the room (stove, fridge, etc) were pretty decent

There was not toilet paper in my room when I arrived, so I had to request that separately. There was no staff at the front desk when I went to check out in the morning, and I had to call a phone number in order to get someone to come to the front desk. The TV was out of date, and was frustrating to operate. Also, the wi-fi was slow, and they tried to get you to buy a separate package for faster internet, which is pretty shady in my opinion.
